At Mosaic we have a deep desire to see that people are cared for in times of need. We strongly believe that we all receive the greatest support and care not from a church program, but from those people we are walking in close relationships with (e.g., close friends, Life Group members, etc.).

We encourage you to lean on those relationships in times of need as scripture teaches—“Carry each other’s burdens” (Galatians 6:2, NIV; see also Proverbs 17:17; 18:24; Ecclesiastes 4:9-12). But we also want to offer you additional prayer support. That is why we have put in place this confidential communication tool for prayer needs. We encourage you to share your prayer needs with us on the form below.

Your requests will first be received by a prayer needs coordinator who has been carefully selected and approved by the pastors and elders. This individual is needed to ensure that all requests receive the appropriate level of support and confidentiality. If you are uncomfortable with this person initially receiving your request then you may choose to forward it directly to Eric Brown: eric@mosaicrochester.com.
